Sampling booth with air handling unit is used to dram our liquid or solid samples from the raw materials received. The strict system of sampling under controlled air conditions ensures  accurate sampling of material free from contamination.

Adequate fire fighting measures such as Fire Hydrant system, Fire Extinguishers and Fire pumps are available at the sight. Absolute care and zero tolerance is practiced when it   comes to maintenance of equipments and training of personnel for fire fighting procedures.

The plant is fitted with all of flameproof fittings. These includes right from lighting to sockets to plug points to variable frequency drives. Usage of flame proof fittings helps to avoid unwanted scenarios.

Inorder, to increase and improve the quality of products  good manufacturing practices are observed at all the levels of operation & production. All basic  activities have been mechanized to avoid materials coming in contact with atmosphere to avoid undue & unwanted contamination.

The plant is well equipped with Primary as well as Tertiary effluent plant. This takes care of the wastes generated in the plant. Zero discharge system ensures the disposal of treated waste water in Environment Friendly manner.
