Benzalkonium Chloride gel and solution are both topical antiseptic preparations containing the active ingredient benzalkonium chloride, a quaternary ammonium compound, which acts as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent effective against bacteria, fungi, and some viruses; they are typically used for skin disinfection, wound cleansing, and as a preservative in various pharmaceutical products, with the gel form offering a thicker consistency for localized application while the solution is a thinner, more readily spreadable liquid depending on the concentration and intended use.

Latanoprost is an isopropyl ester prodrug used to treat increased intraocular pressure. Latanoprost is a prodrug analog of prostaglandin F2 alpha that is used to treat elevated intraocular pressure (IOP).

Administered in the eye, cyclopentolate hydrochloride blocks the acetylcholine receptor in the sphincter muscle of the iris and the ciliary muscle, thereby preventing contraction
